In continuation of my Secret Despatch of the 6th of September I have the honour to enclose Captain Jellicoe's receipt for copy No 15 of the Hong-Kong defence Scheme.
With reference to paragraph 5 of that Despatch I have the honour to enclose an extract from a letter I have received from Major General Gascoigne.
